Ronald De La Fuente, OD

Dr. Ronald De La Fuente is a therapeutic optometrist who has been licensed by the Texas Optometry Board since July 2000. He received his Optometric Glaucoma Specialist certification in 2003 by the Texas Optometry Board. Dr. De La Fuente received his doctoral degree in June 2000 where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He received a Bachelor's degree in Science in 1991. Dr. De La Fuente grew up in the Dallas area and graduated from Wylie Senior High School in 1987. Dr. De La Fuente has always worked in Dallas area as an optometrist. He was a part time staff member Los Barrios Unidos Community Clinic in West Dallas for 4 years before he left to dedicate more time to Central Vision Clinic practice. He is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Damarily Velez, O.D.

Dr. Velez is a therapeutic optometrist. She received her Doctoral degree in Optometry in June 2001 where she graduated Cum Laude. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Science in 1996 from the University of Puerto Rico. Dr. Velez is a native of Puerto Rico and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Mr. Rafael Medina

Rafael joined our practice in September of 2007. He has over 7 years experience as a Optician and Ophthalmic Lab Technician. He is more than happy to help assist you in our optical department.

Elizabeth A. Salazar

Elizabeth is our front office receptionist. She joined our team in February 2009. She was born in Miami, Florida. She is married and has two children. Elizabeth is fully bilingual in Spanish and English. She will be more than happy to assist you and do the best she can to show you how important our patients are to us.

Karina Garcia

Karina is one of our front office receptionists. She has been with our office since December 2009. She was trained as a medical office assistant from a local training center. She is married with no kids. She is fully bilingual in Spanish and English. Karina, like all our staff, is more than happy to assist you in anyway she can.

Katrina Escobar

Katrina is a part time member of our office. She is presently in high school and has been with us since October 2009. Katrina works in the front office and also assists our patients in the pre-testing area. She is bilingual in Spanish and English. She like all our staff is more than happy to assist you.
